Letters from Henry Rampton to his wives, Frances Dinwoodey and Ada Alice MacDuff, written while he was serving a mission to England, 1879 to 1880, one letter from 1893 and one letter from 1902.
Henry wrote, “I want you all to understand that when I write to one I write to all but I address to you all in turns for I do not intend to slight any of you in this matter.” He often wrote notes to Frances in these letters. A copy of only one letter addressed to Frances has been given to the Association, but copies of several letters addressed to Ada have been preserved and are presented here that you might learn more about our grandfather and his wives.
